Placed 5th worldwide in the 2018 Financial Times Master in Management rankings, the ESCP Europe Master in Management is a life-changing option for any career-focused student searching for both a European Identity and a Global Perspective. The Pre-Master programme is for students who have not yet earned their Bachelor degree but who have previously completed at least two years of university education.

The ESCP Europe Master in Management Pre-Master programme is a three-year, full-time general management Master programme that provides the opportunity to study in up to five countries, with options ranging from ESCP Europe's own six European campuses to our 70 partners worldwide.
The Pre-Master year on the Turin Campus is the ideal place to broaden your professional network, take your first important steps in the job market and achieve the Italian Laurea Magistrale which is recognized by companies and national public bodies.

What You Study

The Pre-Master Year is devoted to gaining insight into the fundamentals of management, including introductory and advanced concepts to foster an understanding of the world of business. There are also courses in social sciences, law, economics and foreign languages. The Pre-Master Year combines core modules, interdisciplinary projects and an internship.

Shape your academic curriculum according to your interests, your talents and your aspirations. The first year is focused on advanced learning within the different fields of intercultural management through core modules.

Specialise in the field you prefer, thanks to small dynamic classes and courses designed to help you become the ideal candidate for any professional position. The second year is used to concentrate on one or two options and is also dedicated to the writing of a Master thesis on a topic of the student’s choice. Furthermore, students can choose from the rich catalogue of electives to further customise their learning experience.

Besides the academic courses, 40 weeks of internship are integrated into the programme. Alongside the core courses, electives and options, all students will participate in five thematic seminars.

This year 60 places on the Pre-Master course are offered to candidates joining the school through the PMAT admissions.

Students who successfully complete the Pre-Master year automatically join the Master in Management programme, without having to go through any further admission procedures.
